The PetSafe Pawz Away Indoor Wireless Pet Barrier Transmitter runs on 3 common household AA batteries. Average battery life is six months. The Pawz Away Indoor Wireless Pet Barrier Transmitter is easy to setup and use. How does the ZND-1000 PetSafe Pawz Away Indoor Wireless Pet Barrier Transmitter work?
The transmitter will signal from 2 foot to up to 10 feet range. The collar receiver that will deliver a mild correction when it comes into this signal range. When your dog first enters this range he will receive an audible tone followed by mild stimulation that will increase the closer he gets to the transmitter.
